Can customers use more than one email address?

Yes. Customer email addresses are needed to send notifications of new invoices and payment confirmation messages. Messages will be sent to all email addresses that a customer enters.

How does ResponsiBill work for the customer?

Customers can log-in to their private ResponsiBill site to track and pay invoices from the business. The customer can pay online or print invoices and mail a payment or setup auto-pay. If a customer elects to continue paying invoices by check, they can still track their account and payments via their secure ResponsiBill website.

Is ResponsiBill secure? Is my data safe?
